The Red Stag

Thanks to several years of careful breeding and sound management, Heartland’s red stag herd rivals the fabled stags of New Zealand, Argentina, and Europe. We hunt red stags while they are roaring, in mid-September. This is the most exciting time to hunt red stags, as you can often see many of these normally elusive and secretive creatures each day.
