Classes will be a hand’s on course
instructed by Heartland’s own chef, Tom Ecklund. These
classes will last approximately 2 hours and will cover
sweet to savory dishes featured in the Heartland
Wildlife Kitchen.

Trail Rides:
Four Hour sessions, per

Come and enjoy the beauty of north Missouri and the
natural scenery of HWR. Guided by experienced cowboy,
Shawn Butler, who has been on the back of a horse much
of his life. Shawn operates a local cattle ranch, is
the 4-H leader for the horses program and is involved in
many projects in the area. Horses, tack and snacks are
provided.

Wine Tasting:
Wine tasting events can be
scheduled, using local Missouri winery’s. These can be
evening or overnight events.
